What you're buying
The career assessment and your top four career matches are free. The full written career report costs a once-off R250 (South African rand). There are no subscriptions or extra charges.
The report is a guide to explore, not a verdict. You still make the final call. Entry requirements can change, so always check with the institution before applying.
How payment works
- Payments are processed securely by Paystack, by card or instant EFT.
- Each payment is for one learner's report only. The report unlocks once Paystack confirms the payment.
- School access codes are an alternative to paying and work once each.
Refund policy
- Wrong amount or currency: if a payment doesn't match R250 in rand, the report is not unlocked and we refund the full amount.
- Paid twice: if the same report is paid for more than once, we refund the extra payment in full.
- Report not delivered: if we can't unlock or produce your report after payment, we refund you in full.
- Report already unlocked: because the report is a digital product delivered straight away, we don't refund once it has been unlocked, unless one of the cases above applies.
- Refunds go back to the original card or account through Paystack. Your bank may take 5–10 working days to show it.
Your data
We delete your data after 24 months, or earlier if you ask us to.
